Amyer Richard "Richie" Worley, 71, of Dunbar passed away suddenly on September 17, 2021.

Richie loved music and dancing, long rides on the interstate, and going on walks. He also enjoyed watching his favorite cartoons.

Richie was a very special, special needs child. He was a true joy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennings and Pearl Worley; brothers, Jerry and Mack Worley; sister, Peggy Lusby; and all of his grandparents.

He is survived by his sisters, Phyllis Worley, Geraldine Weaver (Billy) and Flo Cannon (Ed); brothers, Tommy Worley (Sue) and Noah Worley (Polly); special sister-in-law, Kay Worley; special niece, Anna Empson; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give thanks to CAMC General, Dr. Hensley and his team for their support. They would also like to give a special thanks to his caregivers, Cathy, Debbie, Kathy, Tonya, and Juanita; and special friends, Donna, Sue and Debbie.

Services will be held at a later date.
