Anna Clara Smith, 87, of Dunbar, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2007, at Hubbard Hospice House.

She was the former vice-president of Urban Cleaners, Inc., of Dunbar where she was in business for 52 years with her son Frank. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunbar.

Born on January 9, 1920 in Charleston she was the daughter of the late Franklin Ornbaun and Clara Thomas Ornbaun. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donsel Smith, sisters, Edith Stevens and Emma Bishop, and brother, Andrew Ornbaun.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Rilla Smith of Dunbar. In addition she is survived by several nieces and nephews and a very special niece, Charlotte Fleshman of Dunbar.

A very special thanks goes to the staff and residents of Sunbridge of Dunbar for their care and friendships and to the Hubbard Hospice House.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 4, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Thomas E. Stevens, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, December 3, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
