Anna Louise Whittard's Obituary
Anna Louise Whittard, 87, of Charleston, SC, formerly of Dunbar, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015, at the home of her son, Herbert.
Anna, widow of the late Herbert F. Whittard of Charleston, WV, was born April 27, 1927 in Charleston, WV. She was the daughter of Dan Prowse and Myrtle Martin Prowse.
Anna will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by sons, Wayne Whittard and his wife, Patricia, of Charleston, SC, David Whittard and his wife, Dreama of South Charleston, and Herbert Whittard and his wife, Karen, of Charleston, SC; daughters, Lisa Legg of Charleston, and Becky Smith and her husband, Robert Smith of Charleston; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1p.m., Saturday, February 7, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Charleston.
Family and friends may call two hours prior to the service on Saturday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
