Anthony Scott Botkins, 35, of Charleston, passed away on March 29, 2017.

Anthony was a very loving person with the kindest heart.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elvin and Marion Kelly.

Anthony is survived by his mother, Sharon Jordan and step-dad, Gary; father, Michael Botkins, Sr.; children, Hailie, Ashley, Elizabeth, and Anthony Jr.; fiancée, Nikki Jernander; brother, Michael Botkins; step-brothers, Josh and Jerry Jordan; second mother, Kathy Owens; and cousin, Kevin Busby, who was like a brother to him.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 3, at Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anthony's name to Hubbard Hospice House West, 4605 MacCorkle Av S.W., South Charleston, WV 25309.
