Arnold C. Simmons, 78, a lifelong resident of South Charleston, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at CAMC – Teays Valley Hospital.
He was a retired truck driver with Liquid Transport. Arnold was born on May 17, 1928, son of the late Hugh and Betty Simmons.
Preceding him in death was his wife of 54 years, Norma Shultz Simmons in March 2001.
Arnold is survived by his three daughters, Janet Fuller and her husband, Frank, Marsha Allen and her husband, Larry and Brenda Williams and her husband, Glenn. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Chris Fuller, Krista Sowards, Glenn Williams, II, Kara Fuller and Chad Williams and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 13, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Juanita Eads officiating. Burial will follow in Shultz Family Cemetery, Smith Creek.
