Aubrey Tex Breeden, 71, of Tyler Mountain, died August 18, 2011, at Hubbard Hospice House.
He recently returned to WV after residing in Florida for the past 30 years. Tex had a strong sense of family, a strong work ethic, was a retired painter and also a Christian. Never to be forgotten, Tex was well loved by his family for his wit, sense of humor and kind heart.
Born April 12, 1940, the son of the late Elizabeth and Okey A. Breeden, he was also preceded in death by his spouse, Sylvia Breeden and siblings, Okey Breeden, Jr. and Effie Bennett.
Surviving are nine siblings and their spouses, William "Bill" (Imogene) Breeden of Tyler Mountain, Arlen "Dick" Breeden (companion, Gaye Landers) of Tyler Mountain, Doris (Perry) Harrison of Wolf Pen, Robert "Bob" (Jean) Breeden of Tyler Mountain, Marshall "Doc" (Ethel) Breeden of Lanham, Johnny (Linda) Breeden of Sissonville, Roger (Ginger) Breeden of North Charleston, Gary (Sharon) Breeden of Hurricane, Thomas "Tommy" (Toni) Breeden of Black Betsy as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and his beloved dog, Princess.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
