Audrey Nadine Koontz's Obituary
Audrey Nadine Koontz, 81, of Dunbar, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Dunbar Mountain Mission and the Lost Chords Club.
Mrs. Koontz was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Koontz and by her sons, Frank Koontz, Jr. and Mike Koontz.
Surviving are her sons, David and Greg Koontz, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, February 24, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mike Harper officiating. It was Mrs. Koontz's desire to be cremated.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be provided to help with expenses.
