Ava Louise Kincaid, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

She was born in Charleston, WV to the late Lucy and Sidney Kincaid, and was a graduate of George Washington High School.  Ava worked as a store manager for GoMart in Institute, WV.  She loved fishing and going for walks.  Ava enjoyed spending time with family and being with her grandbabies.

In addition to her parents, Ava was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Coker; grandmother, Blanche Hartwell; brothers, Danny and Wesley Kincaid; Aunt Maxine; and her sister-in-law, Eldena Kincaid.

Her surviving loved ones include her daughter, Michelle; grandkids, Charles, Hailey, Elizabeth, and Alexus Newsome and Ava Coker; sisters, Margie Gilker and Eva Kincaid; brother, Allen and Matthew Kincaid; along with many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
