Barbara Jo Rollins Fisher, 77, of Charleston, formerly of Dunbar, passed away peacefully at home on June 8, 2015.

She was a loving wife, mother and Granny. Barbara was a long time Girl Scout leader with troops at Cross Lanes, Poca and Tyler Elementary. She was involved with the PTA at Tyler Elementary. Barbara was a lifelong seamstress and an avid quilter. She was formerly employed with Southern Mills, Piece Goods Shop, The Vogue, and H&R Block. Barbara retired from Kanawha Valley Tile. She was a member of Woodward Woods Mission Church in Charleston.

Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Elmer Fisher, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Connie and Amir Raissi of Cross Lanes, Stephanie Fisher of Charleston; son Joseph and Diana Fisher of Cross Lanes; grandchildren, Savannah Smith-Edens and Chris Jones of Charleston, Justin and Cari Fisher of Cross Lanes, Pezhmon Raissi of Maryland and Sahson Raissi of Virginia; great-grandchildren, Robbie, Jada, Jake and Jasmine Edens, Jaylen and Jacee Jo Jones, and Ella Fisher.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Tiffany Brashear officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.

Family and friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
