Barbara Ann Hunt, 77, of Scott Depot, went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2016.

She was a member of the Dunbar Church of the Nazarene for most of her life.

Barbara was born on November 8, 1939 in Dunbar, and spent most of her life there.  She grew up on the Dunbar Dairy and enjoyed life on the farm.  She spent over 20 years as a bookkeeper with Achenheil & Associates Engineering Firm before retiring and pursuing her love of antiques.  She enjoyed decorating displays at the Church for the different seasons and spending time with her church brothers and sisters.

Barbara loved many things, but her two greatest loves were God and her husband, Allen.  You could always find them together, most likely at church or a good yard sale looking for treasures.

In addition to her parents, Ray and Pearl Guthrie, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Allen Hunt and her son, Ray Walters.

She is survived by her sister, Dolores Taylor (Harrison) of Dunbar; her son, Gene Walters (Darlena) of Dunbar; and her grandchildren, that she loved dearly, Adam, Brandon and Kaitlyn Walters of Winfield.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, at Keller Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Goff officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
