Betty J. Howard's Obituary
Betty J. Howard, 77, of South Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at CAMC – General Hospital.
She was born June 21, 1931 in Charleston, WV and graduated from Garnet High School.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Howard. She was a devoted wife and mother.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing a daughter, Doris Meadows and her husband, Jerry; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Meadows and Nikki Trice. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Grigsby of Homestead, Fla. and nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, May 9, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Franklin Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
