Betty Dorene Wiseman, 91, of South Charleston, passed away on February 24, 2018.

She was born on January 15, 1927, to the late Anderson and Rosa Phillips.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John Wiseman Sr.; son, Gary Wiseman; brothers, Glen and Kemp Phillips; sisters, Dorothy Grimes, Bethel Ray, Esther Kerns, and Madeline Thornton.

Betty is survived by her sons, John Wiseman Jr., of Winfield, Phillip Wiseman and wife Linda of Kenova; daughter, Ruth Sloan of New Smyrna Beach, FL; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m., Monday, March 5, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Randy Lanham officiating. Entombment will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
