Beverly J. Raines, 75, of South Charleston, passed away on January 8, 2017.

She was born on September 22, 1941 to the late Blake and Anna Blanche Raines in Charleston.

Beverly was a very intelligent woman who loved gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles and Dr. Fred Raines; and sisters, Betty Raines and Ruth Ann Price.

Beverly is survived by her long-time companion of over 30 years, Curtis "Joe" Shultz of South Charleston; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at noon on Saturday, January 14 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Mark Thaxton officiating. Burial will follow in Leon Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar
