Billie Gaye Stresing Goble Prather, 79, of South Charleston passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

She was born in Lackawanna, New York on November 25, 1944 to the late June L. Stresing Hody and William H. Guy.

Billie worked as an accountant for the Regional Jail Authority.  When she wasn't
working, Billie enjoyed cooking, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and loving on her family, friends, and pets.  She also loved helping people any way she could.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, George Goble and Richard Prather; siblings, Sandra L. Brown, Larry Stresing, Sherry Clark, and Faith; along with her grandson, Brandon C. Goble.

Left to cherish Billie's memory are her sisters, Sharon A. Brown and Margaret Batten; children, William (Kelly), George, Curtis, and Eric Goble (Marci); grandchildren, Ashley, Nick, Jessica, Brandon, Justin, Andrew, and Amber; along with numerous, great-grandchildren.

Family will welcome visitors from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 27 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

A graveside service will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park in London, WV.
