Billy Joe Barnett, 82, of Kenna, formerly of Dunbar passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2011 after a short illness.

Billy Joe retired from the State of WV Department of Employment Security, and served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War.

Mr. Barnett is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty Barnett; daughters, Jill of Indiana, Teresa of Williamstown, WV; son, Mike of Charleston; brother, John of Dunbar; grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Ginger, Allison; great grandchildren, Jacob, Annabelle.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 26, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
