Billy Lee Haynes, 61, of Charleston went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2019.

Billy a very big heart and cared for so many people. He was someone who always put everyone else's needs before his own. Billy was devoted to his family and cherished his time he got to spend with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Josephine Haynes.

Billy is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary J. Haynes; children, Billie Jo Hizer and her husband whom he thought of as his son Philip L., Danille Kidd and her husband, Rusty, and Austin Haynes and his wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Brittany Clark, Makayla Hizer, Makenzie Hizer, Cassidy Kidd, Matthew Kidd, Destiny Haynes, and Ryan Haynes; sister, Robin (Haynes) Saunders and her husband, J. Carroll; mother-in-law and father-in-law, that he also considered his parents, Charles and Mary Taylor; and great nephew and niece, Aiden and Aliviah who he considered his grandchildren.

There will be no service.
