Bobby J. Nipps' Obituary
Bobby J. Nipps, 73, of Fishers Branch, Cross Lanes, went home to be with the Lord on February 25, 2009.
He was a brick mason for 50 years.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, George and Irene Nipps, four brothers and one sister.
Surviving are his loving wife, Alice; two daughters, Terri Pierce and Barbara Thacker both of Cross Lanes; son, Chris Nipps of Cross Lanes; brother, Carl Nipps of Dunbar; brother-in-law, Bobby Scarberry of Cross Lanes; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Bobby is also survived by his close friends, Richard and Charlotte Finney and a host of other friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 28, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Pete Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, February 27, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
