Brenda Carol Dunbar, 74, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.

She was born February 1, 1951 in Alum Creek to the late Delores and Clifford Clendenin.

Brenda enjoyed spending time with her family and talking with friends in her spare time.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a friend to everyone.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two daughters, Baby Girl Gibson and Christina Wheeler; brothers, Steve, Frankie, Bill, Jimmy, and Robert; sisters Beverly and Reba.

Brenda is survived by her son, Tellie of Buckhannon; her eleven grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Shelly, Kelly, Doug, Patricia, Susie, and Harold; and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
