Brenda Jean Triggs, 64, of Charleston, West Virginia went home to be with Jesus on Thursday September 20, 2024 at Charleston General Hospital's MICU department from complications due to an accidental fall.

She was born on March 3, 1960 to the late Jack and Margaret Means.

Brenda attended school in Kanawha County.  She was a loyal employee of Kanawha Valley Senior Services and Zion Child Development Center where she deeply loved the children.  She loved and spoiled her two dogs "Boss" and "Snuggles".

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Terry Wayne Triggs who was the love of her life; sisters, Deborah Means and Linda Jackson; brothers, Bill, Fred, and Mike Kinder.

She is survived by her stepson, Tawayne Love of Charleston; nephews, Richard Brian Lacy of Charleston and Larry W. Lacy, Jr.; nieces, Paula Lacy Sales and Melissa Means; and her special friend, Debbie Ball.

She will be missed by her family, neighbors, and friends as she was a very kind and generous person.

There are no services scheduled.
