Calbert Hudson went to heaven to be with his family and Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 23, 2011, with his wife and son by his side at his home.

He was born October 18, 1925 to Henry and Thelma Hudson, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his son, Danny; sister, Margie; brothers, Corky and Owen.

Calbert is survived by his wife, Connie; sons, Allen and Terry; step children, Paul and Kim; brothers, Garrett, Don, and Doyle; eighteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Also, Debbie Murphy, a friend.

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 27, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Preacher Michael Dent officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
