Carmen Smith,74, of Charleston, passed away on January 14, 2021.

She was born on November 28, 1946 to the late Roy and Gladys Meadows, Carmen was employed by Tudor's Biscuit World for 20 years.

In addition to her parents, Carmen is preceded in death by her son, Dennis Smith.

She is survived by her sons, David Johns (Racquel) and Arthur Meadows; daughters, Melissa (Tim) and Deborah Johns and Virginia (Lester) and Misty Pendleberry.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 20th at 2:30 p.m. in Goff McClanahan Cemetery, Sissonville.

Friends may call between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
