Carolyn Y. Ball's Obituary
Carolyn Y. "Coby" Ball, 68, of Charleston, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2006 in CAMC Memorial Division, after a short illness.
Carolyn was born on April 13, 1938, in Sanderson, WV to the late Howard and Mabel Rader. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William D. Rader.
Coby was employed by John XXIII Pastoral Center, and was member of Ivybank Garden Club. She was a former Girl Scout co-leader, and was a former member of the Knit & Nibble Club.
Mrs. Ball is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, William "Bill" Ball; daughter, Sharon L. Ball of Charleston; sister, Jean Gillispie of Dunbar. She is also survived by many close family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 15, at Northside Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Jerry Cline officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Memorial Park, Ruth.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 14, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
