Carolyn S. Blair's Obituary
Carolyn S. Blair, 80, of Hurricane, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston.
She was born on August 30, 1937 in Ottawa, the daughter of the late Leonard "Shuff" and Pearl Oxley Parsley.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Max; daughter, Elizabeth Blair; son, John (Polina) Blair; sister, Janet Nelson; sister-in-law, Mabel Roach; grandson, Maksim Blair; and her beloved Shih Tzu, Annie.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 29, at the Family Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Low Gap, Boone County.
In lieu of flowers, please send memorial gifts to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
