Carolyn Sue Shafer's Obituary
Carolyn Sue Shafer, 66, of Dunbar passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012 after a long illness.
Carolyn retired from Kroger's after 31 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Crockett; brother, Frank Shafer.
Carolyn is survived her sons, Michael R. Crockett and David S. Tully; daughter, Claudia A. Carter; sister, Vivian Amos and her husband, Jimmy; grandchildren, David A Tully and Feather N. (Tully) Runnels and her husband, Jeremy; and great grandchildren, Austin B. Runnels and McKenzie P. Runnels.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston, WV 25312-2530
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
