Chad A. Hively, 42, of Dunbar passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018 at CAMC General Hospital due to a long-term illness.

Chad was born in Charleston on February 12, 1976.

He is survived by his children, Catherine Hively and Landyn Hively; mother, Sally Hively; siblings; Jessica Riffle and Alan Hively; and grandmother Garnet Kee.

Family and friends may gather to celebrate Chad's life from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21 at Fifth Avenue Church of God, South Charleston.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fifth Avenue Church of God, South Charleston.

Those attending the services are asked to wear fishing, hunting, or a sports themed item to honor Chad.
