Chadwick Ryan Fore, 40, of Charleston, was taken to his heavenly home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 2, 2016.

He was born in Charleston on February 27, 1976 to Ruth Ann Fore and the late Muriel Wayne Fore.

Chad formerly attended Rebecca Chapel Church.

He was full of life and loved to fish and be in the woods. Chad was very outgoing and he never met a stranger. He was a waiter at several restaurants in the Kanawha Valley, most recently at Embassy Suites, and in Myrtle Beach, N.C. and Charlotte, N.C.

In addition to his mother, Chad is survived by his brothers, Matt Fore and Chris Fore of Charleston; grandmother, Imogene Hamer of Dunbar; uncles Al Harris and his wife, Roberta of Gallipolis, Ohio and Ron Harris of Palestine; and his companion, Candace James.

There are no services scheduled at this time.
