Chadwick "Chad" Lee Miller, 36, of Cross Lanes passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, April 30, 2012.

Chad was born to Fred Miller and the late Mary Miller on October 10, 1975 in Charleston.

Chad is survived by his wife, Brittiney Miller; sons Cash Lee (age 2) and Jack Ethan (age 11 months); father and stepmother, Fred and Wanda Miller of Portsmouth, Ohio; and brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Jennie Miller of Hurricane. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Miller. He also leaves behind many special friends. He will be greatly missed.

Chad loved his family and was devoted to his wife and young sons. He was passionate about his work as a paramedic and had a genuine concern for others.

A service to celebrate Chad's life will be held on Thursday, May 3, at 7:00 in the evening at South Charleston First Church of the Nazarene (4923 Kentucky Street, South Charleston), where Chad was a member.

Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund for Cash and Jack Miller. Checks can be made payable to South Charleston First Church of the Nazarene c/o Chad Miller Memorial Fund. Donations should be mailed to the church at 4923 Kentucky Street, South Charleston, WV 25309.
