Chadwick Watson

Chadwick Eugene Watson, 54, of Charleston, WV, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

He was born on March 31, 1972 to the late Loraine Watson and Norris Eugene Copning.

In addition to his parents, Chadwick was preceded in death by his son, Caleb Watson; his grandmothers, Georgeana Watson and Chestener Copning, Sr.; his uncles, George, Calvin, Danny Lee “Stokes”, and Michael Stanley Copning; and his aunts, Ramona, Clarice, Chestener and Joan Copning.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Crystal Copning; his brother, Antonio Watson; his aunts, Patricia Moore and Linda Copning; along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
