Charles Lee Bennett, 52, of St. Albans, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022.

Charles was born on February 26, 1970, in South Charleston, to Betty and Kenny Bennett of St. Albans.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Maria Bennett of Tornado and Laura Mays of Alum Creek; and his uncles, Charles Terry of Alum Creek and Bobby Bennett of Tornado.

In addition to his parents, Charles is survived by his brother, Carl the 1st and his wife, Donna of Tornado; nephews, Carl the 2nd and his wife, Kathalene, Chase and Bryanna, and Tray and Kristan; and his great-nieces and nephews, Rachel, Matthew, Brighton, Kendall, Braxton, Bryson, Jameson and Carl the 3rd.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 1, at the lower mausoleum in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans with Pastor Jeff Nichols officiating.
