Charles "Fred" Frederick Turley, Jr. passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

He was born on January 26, 1958 to the late Charles and Patricia Turley.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his siblings, Darrin and Diane Turley.

Left to remember Charles are his children, Freddy Castle, Michelle Turley (Bill), Donna Turley, and Brandon Turley; his brothers, Ronnie Turley (Janet), Jackie Turley, and James Turley; his sister, Janice Ward; his six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.

Family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
