Charles Fleming Rowsey. 83, of Charleston, passed away September 3, 2015 at home,
He was born in St. Albans to the late Grelle and Maude Rowsey on December 5, 1931.
Charles was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. He had worked at the South Charleston Stamping Plant.
He is survived by his son, Glen Rowsey of Morgantown.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
