Charles Earl Thomas, 90, of Loudendale, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 8, 2021.

He was born on November 15, 1930 in Lick Branch, to the late Rayburn and Nona Thomas.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Patrick Thomas.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Audrey Thomas; sons, Glen Thomas of Charleston and Terry Thomas of Loudendale; daughter, Sandra Dixon and husband Charles of Gladstone, MO; step-son, John Cooper Sr., of Loudendale; and many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Institute, with Pastor Charles "Chuck" Pennington officiating.

Friends may visit from 11a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, at the Loudendale Church of the Nazarene, Loudendale.
