Charlotte Mae Ramsey's Obituary
Charlotte Mae Ramsey, of Dunbar, was born on May 30, 1927 and went home to be with the Lord 89 years later on May 30, 2016.
Some of her favorite things in life were gardening and cooking. She was very devoted to her family and cherished the time she had with them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sterling Bailey; mother, Fern Kinser; and all but one of her brothers and sisters.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Barbara Wilkinson of Cross Lanes, Robert Ramsey of Panama City, Fla., Marilyn Cunningham of Cross Lanes, Dr. Marion Messmer of Harrisonburg, Va.; grandchildren, Tara Lane, Amy Wilkinson, Olivia Ramsey, Davis Ramsey, Brian Kirby, Michele Honaker, Kevin Cunningham, and Landon Messmer; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Martha Legg.
She was loved deeply by all her family and will be greatly missed.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 3, at Centerpoint Community Church, Liberty.
Arrangements are in care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
