Christian Lee Slater's Obituary
Christian Lee Slater, 8, of Petersburg, WV, went to Heaven on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Grant Memorial Hospital.
He was a student in the second grade at Petersburg Elementary School.
Christian is survived by his father and stepmother, Richard and Jacqueline Slater of Petersburg; mother, April Duvall of Oklahoma; brother, Timothy Slater; step brothers, Jimmy and Jason Esque; step sisters, Natasha Esque, Lora Egnor, and Tiffany Egnor; grandmother, Nina Slater of Petersburg; grandparents, Patrick and Susan Brown of Portland, OR, and, Wesley and Christina Duvall of Oklahoma; aunt and uncle, Mark and Pam Bowe of Charleston; cousins, Jeremy and Robert of Charleston.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 14 at Younger Cemetery, Charleston, with the Rev. Curtis Mack officiating.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, March 13, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
