Christopher James Bennett, lifelong resident of St. Albans, passed away on January 7, 2022, from injuries he received after being struck by a vehicle.

Chris' life was very difficult as a result of issues and trouble at a very young age. The effects of this continued though his entire life.

I pray he is finally at peace and resting in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

You were loved. Your life mattered Chris. I never gave up on you as you asked me too so many years ago. You will always be remembered.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Peggy Bennett; and his grandparents, James and Betty Hannan and Kenneth Bennett, Sr.

Chris is survived by his loving aunt and uncle, Barb and Jerry Edwards; uncle, Kenneth Bennett; numerous cousins; and his extended friends from Christ Kitchen.

There will be no services at this time.
