Clara E. Bragg's Obituary
Clara E. Walton Bragg, 67, of South Charleston, died Saturday, September 24, 2011, at Hubbard Hospice House-West after a long illness.
She left behind much love and warm memories to all of her family, who love and miss her dearly.
Clara was a lifelong resident of South Charleston. She was born on March 8, 1944, the youngest daughter of the late Opie and Edith Clark Walton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Damon Bragg, infant brother, Preston Lloyd Walton and paternal grandparents, Willard and Verna Shultz Walton.
Surviving to mourn her are her sons, Terry and wife, Debbie Bragg of Hurricane and Trace Bragg of Charleston; sisters, Linda Hollins of Riner, VA and Joyce Clark of Hurricane; brothers, Clifford and Timmy Walton of South Charleston and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 27, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Benjamin Pauley officiating. Burial will follow in Shultz Cemetery, Smith Creek.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
