Clarence "Wayne" Fugate, 61, of Charleston passed away on May 24, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, C.A. and Phyllis "Jean" Fugate; and niece, Darlena Lanham.

Wayne is survived by his brothers, David, Gary, Paul (Teresa), and Roger Fugate; sisters, Lynn Lanham, Sandy Jones, Sherry Branscomb (Billy Bob); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of Wayne's life will be held at a later date.
