Claude A. Tolbert's Obituary
Claude A. Tolbert, 78, of Dunbar, passed away Feb. 15, 2006 at CAMC-Memorial Division.
He was retired from Princess Susan Coal Co. with 20 years of service and served in the US Army during WW II and the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Tolbert is survived by his wife, Lottie Tolbert; sons, Harold Allen Tolbert and wife, Sue of Scott Depot, Scott Tolbert and wife, Mindy of Charleston; daughters, Sylvia Fowler and husband Frank of South Charleston, Sharon Smith and husband, Ralph of Clendenin and Karen Comer and husband, Alan of Dunbar; brothers, Cecil "Buck" Tolbert of Marmet and Harold Dean Tolbert of St. Albans; grandchildren, Allison, Morgan, Megan, A. J., Sean, Michael, Jeremy and Jeffrey.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, February 17, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with retired Pastor John A. Mason officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 16 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church United Methodist, 1401 Myers Ave., Dunbar, WV 25064.
