Clela A. Womack, 92, of St. Albans, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 28, 2018.

She was born on February 12, 1925 in Lanham, to the late Ovie and Ellen McClanahan.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she loved her entire family. She loved to cook for her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Olther Womack; sisters, Betty McClanahan, Christine Honaker, Laura Womack, Norma McClanahan; brothers, Bill McClanahan, Ovie McClanahan Jr.; and great-grandson, Nicholas Caldwell.

Clela is survived by her son, Anderson Womack and wife, Linda, of Hurricane; daughters, Joyce Echols and husband, Roger, of Dunbar, JoAnn Hauser of Saint Albans, Connie Meredith of Bassett, VA, Bonnie Vance and husband, Dennis, of Dunbar; sister, Alice Jean McClure of Greenbrier County; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Dave Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
