Connie Sue Meadows, 67, of St.Albans, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, in Goff McClanahan Cemetery, Charleston.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
