Dale J. Miller, 79, of St. Albans, died Wednesday, November 7 at his home following a short illness.

Born March 22, 1939 in South Charleston, he was son of the late Arch and Crystal Miller, and husband to the late Elizabeth J. Miller.

Dale was a retired truck driver with the City of South Charleston, as well as retired custodian with Kanawha County Schools, both with over 30 years of service.

He is survived by his daughters, Megan Miller, Nikki Carpenter, Daleann Pringle and Shawn Abbott; son Paul Miller; his "little buddy" Bentley; 3 brothers, 1 sister and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, November 12, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
