Danielle Lynn Kidd, 36, of Sissonville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on August 25, 2018.

Danielle fought a courageous battle with leukemia for the past 10 years of her life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Kidd of Sissonville; uncle, Brian Kidd; and grandparents, Sidney and Reathel Ashley.

Danielle is survived by her three beautiful daughters who she adored, Aliya, Julie and Gracie Minney of Sissonville; her loving mother, Barbara Thacker and step-father, Jim Thacker of South Charleston; brother, Jamie Kidd and his wife, Misty of Glasgow; sister, Brandy Reed of Charleston; grandparents, Oscar and Ilene Kidd of Sissonville; uncles, Gary and Ralph Ashley of Sissonville; two nephews; and two nieces.

The family wishes to thank the staff at CAMC Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care; especially Misty Kidd for her special care.

Funeral Service will be held at 1p.m. on Wednesday, August 29 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Rev. Tom Price officiating. Burial will follow in Sissonville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
