Darcus Elizabeth Casto, born November 22, 1920, loving mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, free at last to finally be with her lord and saviour.

She was a born again Christian and a homemaker, having resided in Dunbar for 65 years.

Mrs. Casto was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Delbert A. Casto. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Patsy Rodgers, Dottie Clendenin and Joyce Wickline and her husband, David, all of Dunbar. She is also survived by her sisters Irene Bailey of Cross Lanes, Lois Thornton of Liberty, Betty Kessel of Cleveland, Ohio, and her brother Edward Dean of Red House. She will also be missed by her 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008 with burial at Moss Chapel Cemetery in Jackson County.

Friends may call one hour prior to services at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
