Darrell L. Utt's Obituary
Darrell L. Utt, 69, of Hurricane, passed away on his birthday, Friday, December 12, 2008 following a long illness.
Mr. Utt is survived by his wife, Linda L. Saxton Utt; sons, Joseph Brent Utt, and his wife, Nicki, and Darrell Ryan Utt all of Hurricane; daughters and sons-in-law, Dianna Lynn Johnson-Davis and Earl Davis and Melissa Ann Shirkey and Mark Shirkey all of Scott Depot; brother, Walter K. Utt, Jr. of MN; grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Derek Tucker, Jessica Shirkey, Reanna Tucker, Khori Tucker, Christopher Davis, Warren Tucker.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 16, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Kim Stone officiating. Funeral services will also be conducted at 3 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, at Meadow Dale Baptist Church, Sandyville. Burial will follow in Meadow Dale Cemetery, Sandyville.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, December 15, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, and from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, at Meadow Dale Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to: Meadow Dale Baptist Church, Rt. 2, Box 171, Sandyville, WV 25275, or to: Liberty Baptist Church, PO Box 8, Milton, WV 25541.
