Darrell Lee Woodall, 76, resident of Tampa, FL., passed away peacefully May 7, 2007.
Born in Charleston, Darrell was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Navy and a member of Seminole Presbyterian Church. Darrell was a man of honor and expressed a true love for his family. Darrell was preceded in death by his mother and father, William and Elizabeth Woodall, and 2 brothers, Gene and James.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anna Woodall, daughter Jane and her husband Gearry Russell, daughter Susan and her husband Doug Keaton; sister, Pauline Warner; 3 grandchildren, Matt Russell and his wife Kristine, Sarah and her husband Frank Covich, and Melissa Keaton; 2 great grandchildren, Landon Covich and Dylan Russell and several loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to honor his life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 12, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 11, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
