David S. Leeber, age 88, of South Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

David dedicated 41 years of his life to the West Virginia Division of Highways, retiring as Director of Procurement. His dedication and work ethic left a lasting impact on his colleagues and the state he served so faithfully. Outside of his career, David was a pillar of his community, devoting much of his time and energy to Dunbar United Methodist Church, where he served in various leadership roles over the years.

He was a devoted husband, a beloved father, and a proud grandfather and great-grandfather who cherished the moments spent with his family. David's memory will be carried forward by his loving wife of many years, Sandra S. Leeber; his son, David S. Leeber II (Cindy Leeber); his daughter, Wendy S. Tomlin (Darrell Tomlin, Jr.); his grandsons, David Leeber III and Nicholas Tomlin; his granddaughters, Raychel Leeber and Lilly Tomlin; and his great-grandson, David Leeber IV.

David's life will be celebrated with a service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Family will welcome visitors one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
