Deborah Jean Jarrett, 57, of Saint Albans, entered into peace on February 24, 2024 at Thomas Memorial Hospital from diabetes complications with her family by her side.

Deborah, also known as, "Debbie" and "Nana," was born on March 8, 1966, at the Bangor, Maine Dow Air Force Base.

She was a 1984 graduate of Saint Albans High School.  Debbie worked in medical customer service for 30 years displaying a strong knack for communicating with people.  Debbie truly lived life to the fullest through her beloved daughters, Danielle and Megan, spending time with her two grandchildren, and chatting with her friends.  She was an avid lover of yard sales, penguins, and sunflowers.  Debbie loved her hometown and attending community events.  She was a fan of live musical  theatre and Dancing with the Stars.  She was a social butterfly who never met a stranger, making her a great friend to anyone fortunate enough to call her one.  Debbie had an uncanny ability to reach people in a positive way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Shirley.

Debbie is survived by her brothers, Terry (Diana) and Todd; daughters, Danielle (Calvin) and Megan; grandchildren, Makenna and Jarrett David; nieces and nephews; and her bonus daughters, Kara, Amber, and Raven.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, at the Nitro Church of God, 1517 15th Street, Nitro, with Pastor David McCormick officiating.

Friends may gather one hour prior to the service at the Nitro Church of God, Nitro.
