Delonne Ross, 53, of Charleston, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

He was born on June 22, 1970, in Hempstead, New York, to the late Bobby Ross and Wilma Jean Martin.

Delonne was educated in the West Virginia public schools. He was a cook and a carpenter by trade. Delonne thought he was God's gift to women. Delonne was a people person, the more people around the merrier. He never knew a stranger. Delonne was a man of many talents, loved to cook, and was gifted with his hands. He loved children, and was an all around good guy. He loved cars, and fixing things. Delonne re-dedicated his life to the Lord on August 23, 2023. He absolutely adored his wife. Delonne was a great father and husband.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by by stepfather, Glen Martin.

Delonne leaves to cherish is memory by wife, LaTisha Ross; sons, Avery Ross and Dlontie Lewis; step-daughter, Cheria Williams; step-son Shymeik Leftwich; brothers, Elder Robert Jackson, Bobby Ross Jr., Roberto Ross, and Timothy Smith, and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be schedule at a later date.
