Obituary

Delores Jean James Hunneshagen, quietly passed away on Monday, May 4, 2009.

She was born April 8, 1932, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, but lived most of her life in Charleston, WV.

Dee was a private duty nurse and retired after 23 years of service. She was also a real estate agent with Dobbin, Fisher & Pittman. Dee was a past 40 year member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where she sang with the Chancel Choir. She was a member of the WV Symphony Chorus, the Charleston Civic Chorus and the Her Smith Chorus. She was a volunteer tutor for the St. Albans Housing Authority.

Surviving are her three sons, Mark Clifford of PA, David Eugene of Charleston and John Elliott of St. Albans. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 8, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Charles Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 7, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Dee was especially fortunate and grateful to her caregivers, Teresa McCoy, Connie Dobbs, Crystal McCoy, Joan Matthews and Jessica Miller.
