Dianna Kay White Maxwell, 61, of Dunbar, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2006 in Hubbard Hospice House, after a long illness.
Dianna was the manager of United Realty Company, and was a real estate agent with the company from January 1991 until her illness prevented her from working. She was a member of Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors, member of National Association of Realtors, earned her GRI designation from Graduate Realtors Institute, and was a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She served as past president of Dunbar Beautification League, and was a long-time member of Dunbar Woman's Club. She was a member of Welcome Wagon Committee, and Dunbar Mothers Club.
Mrs. Maxwell is survived by her husband, Charles W. "Bill" Maxwell; sons, Charles Scott Maxwell, William Mark Maxwell, both of Dunbar; daughter, Kristi Dawn Sampson of Dunbar; brother, James White of Charleston; sisters, Frankie Shamblin of Elkview, Betty Boggs of Charleston, Lois Nypl of Dunbar, Mary Hill of San Antonio, TX; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to: Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 6, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Thomas E. Stevens, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in White Cemetery, Clendenin.
